We respect your privacy and provide a clear process for account deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Global Asset Rank account at any time.
There are two ways to request account deletion:
Option 1 – From the App
- Open the Global Asset Rank app
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
Option 2 – Contact Us
You may also request deletion by contacting us via email:
Please include the email address associated with your account so we can process your request.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your account is deleted:
- Your user account will be permanently removed
- Your profile information will be deleted or anonymized
- Your profile image will be removed
- Your access to the platform will be terminated
Your username will no longer appear publicly.
Data That May Be Retained
Some limited data may be retained if required for:
- legal obligations
- fraud prevention
- financial record keeping related to completed transactions
Any retained data will not be publicly visible.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days.
Once deleted, the account cannot be restored.
