2. Nature of the Service (Sponsored Visibility)
Global Asset Rank provides a platform for sponsored visibility and promotional ranking.
The leaderboard is based exclusively on user contributions made within the platform.
Users may contribute to their own profile or to other users, influencing the ranking system.
Influencer and Promotional Activities
Global Asset Rank may collaborate with influencers, creators, or promotional partners to promote the platform.
These collaborations may include sponsored content, campaigns, or visibility initiatives.
Such activities do not guarantee any ranking advantage and do not alter the core ranking system, which is determined solely by user contributions.
Promotional Codes and Campaigns
Global Asset Rank may provide promotional codes, campaigns, or incentives that grant access to platform features or visibility.
These promotions may be limited, conditional, and subject to change or removal at any time.
Promotional benefits do not guarantee ranking outcomes or positions within the leaderboard.
Not an Investment Platform
Global Asset Rank is not a financial platform, investment service, or credit evaluation tool.
Leaderboard positions and "Asset Ranks" do not represent:
- financial value
- creditworthiness
- solvency
- quality of any person, company, or asset
No Financial Advice
All content on the platform is provided for entertainment, visibility, and promotional purposes only.
Nothing within the Services should be considered financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Ranking System and Contributions
Pay-to-Rank System
Leaderboard positions are determined exclusively by the total cumulative contributions made by users within the platform.
Dynamic Leaderboard
The leaderboard operates in real time.
Your ranking position may change at any moment if another user contributes more than your total contribution.
No Guaranteed Position
Global Asset Rank does not guarantee that a user will hold any specific position or visibility level for any period of time.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments within the mobile application are processed through Google Play Billing.
All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
Global Asset Rank does not process payments directly and does not store payment information.
By making a contribution, you acknowledge that the digital service (ranking update and visibility) is provided immediately after purchase.
Unauthorized chargebacks or abusive refund behavior may result in:
- suspension or termination of the account
- removal from the leaderboard
- restriction from future access to the Services
5. User Conduct and Content
Public Name Policy
Users select a public name when creating their profile.
For security and accountability reasons, the public name may be modified only once after initial creation.
Prohibited Content
Users agree not to upload or display:
- illegal content
- offensive or abusive material
- explicit or pornographic images
- impersonations of other individuals or brands
- misleading or fraudulent information
Content Moderation
Global Asset Rank reserves the right to moderate, remove, restrict, or suspend accounts or content that violate these rules or compromise the integrity of the Services.
External Links
Users are solely responsible for the content and destination of links shared within their profile.
Global Asset Rank is not responsible for damages caused by third-party websites.
6. Hall of Fame and Special Features
Users who meet specific criteria may be featured in special sections such as the Hall of Fame or Legends.
Inclusion in such sections is based on platform-defined conditions and may be subject to review.
Global Asset Rank reserves the right to remove or revoke such status in cases of rule violations, abuse, or activity that affects the integrity of the platform.
7. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time through the application or by contacting support.
Account deletion results in:
- permanent removal of the user profile
- loss of leaderboard position
Payments and contributions are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
8. Limitation of Liability
Global Asset Rank is provided "as is" and "as available".
We are not liable for:
- temporary service interruptions
- technical failures or server downtime
- loss of ranking position due to other users' contributions
- actions or decisions taken by third parties based on leaderboard visibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Asset Rank shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy.
