1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Global Asset Rank mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
2. Description of the Service
Global Asset Rank is a digital platform that allows users to create profiles and appear in a public ranking system based on voluntary payments made within or through the platform.
The ranking reflects user activity and financial contributions made to the platform.
The service is provided for entertainment, visibility, and social status purposes only.
3. User Accounts
Users may create an account to participate in the ranking system.
Account creation may occur through third-party authentication providers such as Google.
Users are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of their account
all activities that occur under their account
ensuring that the information they provide is accurate.
Global Asset Rank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
4. User Profiles
Users may create a public profile that may include:
name
profile image
country
sector or professional category
biography or personal description
professional links.
Users are responsible for the information they choose to display on their profile.
Profile information may be visible to other users of the platform.
5. Public Visibility
User profiles, ranking positions, and related information may be publicly visible within the platform.
The platform may also allow users to share their ranking or profile through external links or social sharing features such as Rank Cards.
Users acknowledge that by participating in the platform, certain information related to their ranking may be publicly visible.
6. Payments
Users may voluntarily make payments to increase their visibility and position within the ranking system.
Payments are processed by Stripe or other authorized third-party payment providers.
Global Asset Rank does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment information.
All payment processing and security are handled by the payment provider.
7. No Refund Policy
All payments made within or through the App are final and non-refundable.
Payments are considered voluntary contributions to the platform in exchange for increased visibility within the ranking.
Users acknowledge that:
ranking positions may change at any time
other users may surpass them in the ranking.
8. Ranking System
The ranking displayed in the App is dynamic and continuously updated.
Ranking positions are determined by user activity and contributions made to the platform.
Global Asset Rank does not guarantee:
permanent ranking positions
protection from being surpassed by other users
any financial or reputational outcome from participation.
Users understand that their ranking position may change at any time.
9. Entertainment Purpose
The Global Asset Rank platform is provided for entertainment and visibility purposes only.
Payments made within the platform are voluntary contributions intended to increase a user's visibility in the ranking.
Global Asset Rank does not provide:
investment opportunities
financial services
financial returns
monetary prizes or rewards.
Participation in the ranking system should not be interpreted as a financial activity or investment.
10. User Content
Users may upload content to their profiles, including profile images and textual descriptions.
Users agree not to upload content that is:
illegal
abusive or offensive
pornographic or sexually explicit
violent or graphic
hateful or discriminatory
misleading or fraudulent
infringing on the rights of others.
Global Asset Rank reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these rules.
11. Content Moderation
Profile images and user content may be automatically analyzed by content moderation systems to detect inappropriate material, including nudity, violence, or offensive content.
Content that violates platform guidelines may be:
rejected
removed
restricted
placed under review.
Global Asset Rank reserves the right to moderate user content to maintain a safe platform environment.
12. User Responsibility for Content
By uploading content, including profile images, users confirm that:
they have the legal right to use and share the content
the content does not violate the rights of third parties.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload.
13. User Reporting
Users may report profiles or content that they believe violate these Terms.
Global Asset Rank reserves the right to investigate reports and remove or restrict content or accounts that violate the platform rules.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Asset Rank shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from:
changes in ranking position
financial losses related to payments made within the platform
disputes between users
technical interruptions, bugs, or service outages.
Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
15. Platform Changes
Global Asset Rank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
This includes changes to:
ranking mechanics
platform features
pricing or payment mechanisms.
Such changes may occur without prior notice.
16. Termination
Global Asset Rank may suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that:
violate these Terms
abuse the platform
attempt to manipulate the ranking system.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction of the platform operator.
